Accident Forgiveness Insurance Quotes Now Displayed In National Quotes System At Auto Company Website

This brand of insurance is offered by some agencies in the U.S. that reward drivers for having a clean driving record. A person who is involved in minor traffic accident and has a forgiveness plan can often avoid a rates increase. The quotations that reveal the prices for these policies is a new inclusion to the search tool for 2014. “Quotes for insurance are not new on the Internet although our system does not collect driver’s license information, VIN numbers of other personal data used by consumers to receive price quotes,” said an Auto Pros source. The forgiveness plans and applicable discounts that are currently featured are in line with the average coverage plans quotable using the public tool. The range of price drops that insurers are offering this year can be explored in a single search using a city zip code rather than information about each covered vehicle. “The reductions in price that agencies offer for statewide insurance that can be found through our system are meant to enhance the research drivers now complete online,” said the source. The Auto Pros website search tools for insurance are adjusted to supply more than regular forms of vehicle protection. Auto warranties are now popular with some drivers who request coverage for major auto expenses. Plans are now available to review and to quote while using the complete system at http://autoprosusa.com/auto-warranty . About AutoProsUSA.com The AutoProsUSA.com company is continuing its work in the independent automotive industry this year by including different solutions for consumers to review on the company website.

Tennessee Auto Accident Attorney G. Turner Howard III Weighs in on Proposal to Ban Drivers from Talking on Cellphones

Another victim from Thursday’s hit-and-run car crash at the arts festival has died, a spokesperson for the Austin Police Department confirmed to PEOPLE on Monday. The death of 26-year-old Sandy Thuy Le marks the third from the incident in which 21-year-old Rashad Owens allegedly struck 25 bystanders with his car. Police say Owens was driving while intoxicated. The spokesperson says Owens has so far been charged with one count of capital murder, but other charges may be added by the Travis County Grand Jury. RELATED: Band Plays Touching Hospital Room Set for Fan Injured in SXSW Crash Police initially said on the night of the incident, Owens pulled into a nearby gas station in a silver Toyota sedan after an officer working a drunken-driving patrol tried to stop him. He wove his way through a series of parked cars, then took off at high speed the wrong way down a one-way street. He took a right turn on Red River Street, according to the cops, crashing through a barricade and narrowly missing a police officer who was standing guard. He allegedly hit some of the victims in front of the Mohawk, a local club hosting Spin events during the five-day music conference. He then continued down the street, cops said, where he struck and killed the two victims on the moped and then hit the cab before finally crashing and coming to a stop.

Third Death Confirmed in SXSW Hit-and-Run Crash

The 10 Best Photos from the Week of March 10 - 16, 2014

As an injury lawyer in Tennessee, I have seen firsthand how a drivers poor choice can ruin someone elses life. Many scientific studies show just how dangerous cellphone use by drivers can be. Thats why I believe a proposal to ban hand-held cellphone use by drivers should be seriously considered. According to the National Safety Council , about 21 percent of car accidents involve drivers talking on handheld and hands-free cellphones. More than two-thirds of drivers admit to talking on a phone while behind the wheel, Fox17.com reported. Furthermore, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention reports that more than nine people are killed in the United States every day in accidents involving a distracted driver, according to Fox17.com. Rep. Jim Coley told Fox17.com that he believes it will be a challenge to get the necessary legislative support for the proposal, but he added that its important to get people talking about safety. Attorney Howard agreed, saying a debate about cellphone use and safety is a healthy step in the right direction. We realize that laws dont necessarily stop every driver from engaging in dangerous behavior. However, studies find that accident rates do decline after tough laws are adopted, Howard said.
